Throughline provides AI-assisted planning tools for tabletop role-playing game masters. This policy explains what information may be collected and how it is used.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information, billing status, product usage data, campaign/session details that users provide, live or uploaded transcript text, generated storyboard prompts and images, and technical logs needed to operate the service.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Throughline does not store full credit card numbers. Stripe may collect payment details, billing information, and other data needed to process subscriptions.

How We Use Information

Information is used to provide the product, generate session assistance, maintain account and billing state, prevent abuse, debug failures, and improve reliability and quality.

Sharing

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, transcription, AI generation, storage, analytics, error monitoring, and payments. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Session data may be retained while an account is active or as needed to operate, debug, secure, and improve the service. Users may contact support to request deletion where legally and technically feasible.
